I have been struggling to lose weight for more than a year now. Tried the gym, stayed away from carb, sweets and fatty foods, skipped meals and more exercise, but all failed. It seems I’m getting heavier and bigger and I’m already experiencing difficulty in breathing while taking a bath or just walking a few steps.
I’m still researching and looking for youtube videos about HCG Diet. Will post updates here soon to let you know if I’ve decided to try this.
