VA Payments 03 and Blog Earnings 01 (USD 2500++)

I’m back, with a vengeance! Nah, just kidding, lol, I just wasn’t able to post on this blog for a few weeks now and I hope I still have readers *crossing fingers*. So I’m back and I hope you’ll be inspired with what I’m about to say.

Well, it’s all about making money online and how you can do it too. I’ve posted a lot of inspirational tips on how you can do it either by blogging or as a Virtual Assistant. With blogging, it’s kinda easier than being a VA. You just have to create a blog, post valuable and informative contents, do some SEO to get the rankings and stats, just to name a few and you’re all set to go. But of course, you can’t just settle for that. You need to continuously improved your blog by doing the very basics or level up. Then, wait for the advertisers or sign-up to different legit paid to blog sites.  As a Virtual Assistant, you need to know what makes a great VA to be able to catch a high paying project or job. It’s not easy, I’m telling you, because to earn big, you really need to work long hours and be knowledgeable about what you do. This isn’t just like blogging or posting free form articles or ghostwriting, this is way bigger than what you think. Clients won’t hire you if you don’t know what you’re talking about. Some will train you, but, if they want to pay higher salaries, then it means you need to be highly skilled.

I’m not that great, you know. Before I became a VA, I went through a lot of tests, trials and errors and yet, earned lower than what I had expected. I thought I knew the basics and boy, I was stunned when I read about what those highly paid VAs in other countries do. It was way more complicated, so, I told myself, I had to learn those things and the tricks. I can’t just be contented with what I earn, I need more!

It was over a year ago in August, when I started as a low profile Virtual Assistant. Heck, I didn’t even know I was doing VA tasks! It was a local company who offered me part-time odd jobs (I thought it was odd at that time, lol) and without batting an eyelash, I accepted. Mind you, that at that time, I had no idea about the projects, but, they trained me online. Little did I know, it was a start of something big for me.

A year later and here I am. An “established Virtual Assistant”, but I know, I still have a lot to learn, though, I’m earning way bigger than last year. So, yay! Happy Anniversary to me!

In line with my 1st anniversary as a VA, I’m posting my earnings from July 1, 2011 to August 31, 2011. I know there are other well established VAs out there who earn a lot bigger than this. But, I’m just so happy because I’m helping my husband with the bills and sending the kids to good schools. You can do it too, you know. Arm yourselves with proper knowledge and skills, and I bet, you’d be back here with bigger stories than mine! 🙂

The red circles are the VA earnings from different clients and those uncircled are the blog earnings I got for 2 months. Goodluck! 🙂
